As a Production Shift Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Shift Manager, Production Team Leader), you'll manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality. You'll typically supervise 90 employees, ensure daily production requirements are achieved, carry out supervisory responsibilities, and support and improve upon Quality initiatives.
